If you want a sanctuary away from Page, this is the home for you. The view from my expansive deck can't be beat. The views from my house CANNOT be beat with any other home in the area. My home is not a hotel facility, but very spacious and now sleeps 12. It is clean and perfect for a FAMILY GATHERING HUB. The splendor of expansive sights from my deck is unparalleled. Simply put: this home is by far and away, the best option for your large family in the entire area.
There is a huge area for your boats to be right with you while you stay. The living and dining areas provide excellent spaciousness for family eating and enjoyment! There are rules about no lights on any outside houses so that you can see all the stars, but in the day, you have a full access view to Wahweap Bay and Lone Rock. Just minutes from Glen Canyon Dam and the mouth of the Grand Canyon , as well as the iconic Horseshoe Bend Overlook ! If you know Lake Powell at all, you will stand in awe as you sit on the deck and sip on your Merlot. There are two rooms with Kings beds, 1 with a Queen, and 2 with Double beds and we've added a brand new Sofa Bed with a Queen in the Living Room. Literally you can have 12 folks all together and when Page has NO motels/hotels in sight, you can have this lovely family home to come back to after your long day at the beach or hiking. Remember: It's Family Togetherness AT ITS BEST!!! The downstairs has NOT been updated and yet, is clean and the Family Room has DISH network available. This is my home, and I take enormous pride in keeping it in the family for generations to come. I'm sharing it with you for the time being and would GREATLY appreciate your taking care of it.
Keywords: Sleeps 12, very quiet neighborhood....dark sky community. You will not find these views in Page--I guarantee. The home is big and will keep you all TOGETHER as a family for very reasonable rates!!!! Plus all the surrounding activities that will keep you busy for your entire vacation! If you appreciate private, quiet surroundings and a large and spacious place for your family, you will adore my home. One more note: this is a neighborhood that is VERY QUIET. If you want to have loud parties and music, I'm afraid my house won't do. If you want a great home for multiple families and fun, my place is great!!!

Summary: Plenty of room for my family to play games watch several tvs and chill out after day on the lake! Owner was extremely available and responsive to any issues. Very close to gas station for fueling the boat and truck and C store. Only about 10 min to Wahweap and stateline ramps. Beautiful view of lake and you can hear coyotes yip and howl if you sit on the porch late!

Summary: Our group of 10 traveled from MN for a 60th birthday getaway starting in Page and ending in Lake Havasu. This home was ideal for the first leg of our trip - plenty of space for all of us, great location convenient to what we had planned and in very nice condition. Host was excellent about communicating with us before and during our stay.

Summary: What a deal, location, home. This is the place to be. Out of the town surroundings and in a beautiful scenic view home with plenty of space to move around. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and looking forward to when we can come back. Excellent value for your money!!!

Summary: A great location just five minutes from Lake Powell and 15 minutes from downtown Page. Catherine was wonderful, very responsive and helpful. The house itself was nice and was exactly what we needed for a weekend trip with family.

Summary: We had family and friends out to celebrate my daughter’s high school graduation, and we had a wonderful time. The house was a perfect size for a large gathering, and it was well equipped with everything we needed. Beautiful views, and a nice restful place to return to at the end of a fun day on the water.
