Our kitchen is also fully stocked with an oven, microwave, gas burners, full size fridge/freezer and cookware.

The pool can be heated to 82°F-85°F during the cooler months (Sep-May).
Please let us know at least 48-72 hours in advance for the pool to be heated, since it takes several hours to heat.
We do not heat the pool if the air temperature is below 60°F.
There are no additional fees to heat the pool, therefore the nightly rate does not change should the pool become unavailable due to extreme weather or malfunctions.

Summary: Very large house in a family-friendly neighborhood. Everything was provided for. Excellent communication with hostess. Bedding, towels, etc. super clean and comfortable. Thank you for hosting us!

Summary: The kitchen lacked a lot of necessities. The pool was supposed to be cleaned twice during our stay per the listing but was only cleaned once and was extremely dirty with no tools available to clean ourselves. So our one nice day to enjoy pool we didn’t get to do. Bathroom towels were lacking. Refrigerator kept turning up. There was a leak under master bath sink which my husband fixed and we had to clean up. I asked to check in early was told no because of technical issues which ended being no internet. So I didn’t get to check in early but still had no internet for four days of my week stay. So we were unable to do movies at night because the tv didn’t work without internet.

Summary: The home was gorgeous, clean and comfortable. Host was easy to contact and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. Pool and patio area was perfect. We had a great time and would definitely want to stay again.

Summary: Nice house with space to spread out It had everything we needed to be comfortable for a few days of family visits. Location was close to restaurants and stores. It was a little too cold to use the pool, but the property would be a blast in the summer.
