Positive: So- the staff is great. Mr.Adam is a good man. The property is nice and the apartment is comfortable. I had some miscommunication with another hosts at this same residence and I was told there would be no cats at the property. So I booked it- these guys were honest and upfront and told me that if I had asked them they would have never said that. I recommend this host if you want to stay with serenity spa because they are physically present and help you get mail etc. and can truthfully answer your inquires. Other people on booking.com that have apartments at this residence are using it just as an investment property and cannot address things as fast as these guys.
Negative: The property has stray cats roaming around everywhere. It is crazy. It’s not the hosts fault but the residence. What’s funny is that the strays take elevators as well and might be at your door. It’s really weird in a resort type apartment complex. I had cats come to my door twice and I was not expecting it. They are also in the lobby and spa which is ridiculous to me. But again not the hosts fault, but just something to note.

Positive: The apartment is clean and the residence is very well organized.You have all that you need. It is quite close to restaurants and shops. 20 min walking to get to the commercial center and the sea is 10 min away. Adam is a great guy, very friendly and helpful. The apartment is well equipped from cooking utensils to electric devices. The indoor pool is nice, the external was closed during my stay but it looks amazing.
Negative: I was smelling what the neighbors are cooking even if the windows are closed. Sometimes, I was hearing the neighbors above dragging chairs and tables. however, these were exceptional cases.
Summary: Recommend, will come back!

Positive: Cool apartments, clean. Comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen. Good stable internet (it was important for us). Nice manager, promptly responds in chat and in whatsapp. The residential complex has a developed infrastructure - a gym, spa and swimming pool.
