Positive: 10/10 EXCELLENT! Highly recommend for all travellers. Great location and super quiet. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was very clean, spacious and had everything you needed for your stay. Shared lounge area and nice swimming pool. Great value for money.

Negative: Feels like it could do with a facelift. None of the power points in one of the rooms was working. And the fridge was not properly cleaned out.

Positive: The staff were welcoming and did whatever we needed. The area was quiet but fairly close to the city centre. The pool was very good. The rooms were exactly what we needed. We have been to 5 twenty Ampang several times and would not hesitate to go back.

Positive: We have stayed there before and we will stay there again.. The staff have always been exceptional and the rooms have always been comfortable. We also like the pool.

Positive: It was cosy, clean, quiet, and I really liked the swimming pool and common areas.
Negative: We arrived late at night and there was no hot water. They did fixed it after we addressed the problem, but we did have to deal with a relatively cold shower the first night.
