Summary: House has plenty of space for two or more families and is located on a beautiful property with plenty of privacy. There are a few things that are dated, but the owner couldn't be nicer in helping folks feel comfortable. The location is an easy ride to Sunday River. The hanging chair upstairs was a huge hit, and having some separate space for teenagers in the basement was great. Overall a great stay.

Summary: Our bookclub has been going away for the week-end for over 20 years and this house is our favorite of all time. It was very clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything imaginable making the food prep a breeze. The view was lovely.

Summary: This was a beautiful property, with a great pasture behind the house full of cows. The owner was very prompt and attentive when I had to message him. Despite the rain on the days of our trip it was an enjoyable experience and I’d happy rent this property again in the winter so we can utilize the wood stove.
