Come visit this charming cottage nestled just feet from Lake Michigan. Enjoy the beautiful lake views out all east side windows in this newly decorated cottage!
The cottage has a master bedroom with a queen bed, large closet and a Murphy bed; a unique addition to the cottage! The living room has a top of the line Sofa sleeper; easily opens and closes for quick access and cleanup. The cottage can sleep 6 comfortably. We also supply a collapsible crib if needed.

Sunrise cottage has all your needs covered, even coffee! Lawn chairs, picnic basket and a grill with utensils!
Enjoy the sunrise over the lake, kite flyers and parasailers right out the front door. Sailboat racers can be seen north of Sunrise cottage: take a short walk to the beach along the path 60 feet from the front door.

Summary: Excellent location that was one of the best stocked extended vacation rentals we have stayed at. Comfortable bed and furnishings . I fantasized I lived there permanently during the visit. Overlooking the constantly changing February weather effects on Lake Michigan shoreline and brisk walks on the beach. Cooked great food there and some great local restaurants made for a satisfing and relaxing winter get a way.

Summary: My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed a winter weekend stay here. The hosts are so gracious with all the amenities … fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, fluffy bath towels and a very, very clean cottage. The view of the lake and close walk to the lakefront is such a treasure. This was one of the best VRBOs we’ve stayed in. This deserves all 5 stars!!

Summary: We wanted to find a last minute getaway within a couple of hour's drive for New Year's Eve. This cottage was super neat and renovated to a high standard. The location was perfect – Lake Michigan shoreline views from the cottage and a short trip into town for nice restaurants. Though we visited in winter, it became obvious that this cottage would be perfect for a summer beach break, too. Our stay was just what we needed.

Summary: Our stay at this cozy property near the lake made our Christmas with family even more enjoyable. Having a "home base" that was spotless and perfectly appointed was so special. We started each day watching the sunrise over the water, spent the days visiting and celebrating with family and ended each day laying our heads on a very comfortable bed. Thank you for sharing this gem with us.

Summary: What a great place! Everyone is right it’s super clean, very comfortable, and serene short walkway to beautiful Lake Michigan and a wonderful Sandy beach. We’ve never received flowers with a bottle of wine and a thank you note from the hosts, what a wonderful touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and we will be back…. Sheboygan is just a great city and the three sheep’s brewery was just so fun with our dogs. (We came back completely relaxed ….which is quite hard to do these days!)

Summary: My husband and I stayed for about a week, and we absolutely loved it! The owners put a lot of care in the amenities and the cleanliness of the home. There was a binder with extremely helpful travel information that we used during our stay; they really went above and beyond!
