4 bedroom classic modern. Master and second bedrooms have king beds; two other bedrooms have two twins. Sleeper queen in the living room. Heated 50 ft pool; dock for boats and kayaks; swim in the lagoon or at the life guarded ocean beach (5 minutes). New kitchen in 2015; Retractable 14ft awning on south (pool side) of house. Tennis court 4 minutes walk. New in last few seasons include quiet and effective Sanyo Air Conditioners in each room, refrigerator, stove, dish-washer, Weber grill, pool heater and chlorinator, and new siding; refurbished half bath on first floor, and refinished hardwood floors on first floor.. Pet (dog) friendly. Full Comcast and high speed internet. Great house; constant breezes and air conditioned. You are welcome to inspect most any Saturday with advanced notice. We supply professional cleaning, professionally cleaned linens and towels, beach badges and chairs, and hurricane renters insurance.

Summary: This home is in a perfect location directly across the street from the beach. The dock is easily accessible by boat and the breeze off of the water is amazing. We were in the heated pool every day. The retractable awning made the sunny days pleasurable. We were able to sit outside comfortably at 80 degrees all day. We can't wait to come back.

Summary: Property is family friendly, comfortable, and recently renovated. Views are spectacular and can be viewed from decks that are in every room. Dog friendly is a big plus yet you would never know there were pets on the property previously since the home is professionally cleaned between rentals. Owner provides all bedding and towels. House well appointed. Have rented from owner for many years and he is available if issues arise to make sure your vacation is pleasant and enjoyable.

Summary: Perfect situation on the north end of Loveladies. We really enjoyed this spacious house with a fantastic pool. Dock and views are exceptional and views from every bedroom and balcony are amazing. Enjoy biking to Barnegat Light and Holgate. Cyclist's paradise.

Summary: We've been enjoying one or two weeks in this house every summer since 2006! We've been coming to the island with our children since 2001 and rented a few other houses before finally finding one we felt we could truly relax in. It is perfectly situated on lovely street. Being on bay is amazing especially if, like us, you like to kayak or stand up board on calm waters. The beach is a short walk across the boulevard and very easy to access everyday. The heated pool is an absolute delight, especially with kids because they can swim anytime, regardless of water temperature, rough seas or life guard coverage. It is always clean and well maintained during the week(s). The house is always neat and clean and it is exactly as pictured. It is stocked with clean sheets and towels - which is a nice bonus. The furniture is comfortable without being too fussy. The appliances are all in good order. It is a very easy house to maintain and enjoy and still feel like you are on vacation. Bill is a wonderful landlord. He is friendly and responsive but not at all intrusive. He does a wonderful job keeping the house well maintained and well run. This was our 8th summer in this house and we plan on returning again and again!
