These completely remodeled downtown Condo Suites are very spacious with approximately 1200 square feet each plus an additional 300 (+/-) square feet of outdoor covered porch/patio space (outdoor ceiling fan and cushioned furniture included). The Space:
Very spacious with 1200 +/- square feet plus a covered outdoor porch- walking distance to restaurants, post office, Library, parks, UNA college, special events, etc.
Guest Access:
Each Suite is private and does not share any amenities (bathroom, kitchen, dining area, living room, bedrooms etc.). The outdoor porches are open to the adjacent Suite but a Suite does have 300 +/- square feet each.
The Neighborhood:
These Suites are part of the historical downtown in which there are several events throughout the year including "First Friday" when local businesses and local artists come together every first Friday of each month to sell their crafts on the downtown streets along with local bands playing in the restaurants and also sometimes on the streets.
Getting Around:
There is local shuttle buses that can take you anywhere in the city along with rental cars, cabs, etc.
Other Things to Note:
These Suites are unique with original hardwood floors, large windows that give a very open feeling and more spacious than any other daily/weekly rental in the area.
Interaction with Guests:

Summary: Had a great experience. The tub had been refinished and I did not have the issues some of the other reviews mentioned. Was able to walk to downtown locations. Additional plus the unit I stayed in had a desk not shown in the pictures which made working during the day easier. I found the locks to work just fine, but the outer door lock did take a couple of trys to get the timing for tumbler engagement right.

Summary: We were disappointed in the uncomfortable furniture. Also, the thresholds to each room were bad. Fell the first day we were there. You must watch when going through any door. Will not stay at this apartment again.

Summary: We had a great trip this place is in beautiful area of Florence, close to downtown quite neighborhood. Apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated. Property manager was easy to communicate with with quick response time we will definitely stay here again.

Summary: Very cost effective compared to other hotels with full kitchen, spacious and clean. TV system worked very well. A contact phone number in case of any issues would be nice. As a tall person, the bathroom mirror was very low and there is limited counterspace in the bath area.

Summary: Prior to booking we contacted the property manager negotiated a rate for entire building. We disclosed that we were a family needing to stay in a central location with four pets under 45 lbs. We were given a 10% discount and booked the first unit but were unable to book the others due to a staffing issue. The new contact person charged a different amt per unit and a surcharge for each guests over 2. Some paid 5 per extra guest some paid 10. We were told each unit had its own pricing even though each unit was exactly the same. Upon our arrival we noticed a couple of units had construction dust from recent upgrades. Some couch’s were covered with smelly covers to protect against dogs. We cleaned up what we could as the building itself was perfect to keep our family together. Though handicap access would have been nice for our wheelchair. When preparing for retirement the comforter on one bed stuck to the sheets and when it was turned back it was so soiled that all the linen had to be laundered. We told our family to do the same before getting into bed. That is when we found the bedbug on the pillow. We immediately contacted VRBO and sent pics of everything we had found regarding cleanliness and they reimbursed us 200 for cleaning.What is such a shame is that this property has so much potential to be such a great STR. The hard work put into modernizing this historical building did not go unnoticed. Yet the customer service and communication were horrible & unsanitary

Summary: I debated writing this review, but maybe this will help improve some things. 1. Dirty tub: the property manager assured me that the tub just needs to be replaced and was only discolored. 2. Fire alarm battery needed to be replaced: property manager offered to come over and replace it, but we were too busy to allow him to come rectify the situation. 3. Broken window: there is a broken window in the kitchen. It’s not a large hole, but it’s very noticeable. 4. Back entry door doesn’t lock. Worried about our safety during our stay. With that being said, the property manager was kind when I brought all of this to his attention. Hope this helps!

Summary: In town with college roommate for class reunion. We were able to walk to events and nice area to go for walk. Only suggestion(s) blanket and some hangers. Would stay again if back in town.

Summary: We enjoyed everything about this condo, from the size to the cleanliness to the ammenities! Thank you for taking care of your guests! Unfortunatley, we had to leave a day early because of a medical emergency but still enjoyed our time in your pace!
