Summary: The stay and the property overall was excellent. The unit was very clean and property was well-maintained overall.A few suggestions - need to upgrade lights in bathrooms as they were too dim. Also a rug in the living area would give it more warmth and cut down on the hollow sounds when walking through the area. Basic condiments would be helpful such as salt, pepper, and spray cooking oil. Also a sponge for cleaning dishes would be helpful.

Summary: We had the pleasure staying at this villa. It is beautifully maintained and very clean. The room this villa has made for a comfortable stay. The pool abs beach are great. And location is perfect to get around. So close to the historic downtown. I highly recommend this villa.

Summary: We rented 3 units in Sailmaker. This unit had 3 bedrooms which was a plus. However, the kitchen was poorly stocked - no baking sheets, no serving bowls or platters, limited silverware and dishes. Needs a rug in the living room, patio furniture refreshed, and repairs on blinds. Good location and beach access.

Summary: We loved our stay at 505! Everything was as expected. Place was very clean and close to beach and walk paths. We heard from many others that said they stay in this complex every year. If I had one suggestion, it would be to include more kitchen items, pots/pans. While the kitchen was a little small, it just made it harder to cook with limited and outdated options. But nothing that ruined our trip.

Summary: We had a lovely stay. The accommodations were roomy with plenty of space for everyone. We had a few minor things come up like lightbulbs that went out and the property management was wonderful to work with. This is not a beachfront unit but did have a nice view of the pool which was convenient and nice to see if it was busy or not! The property as a whole was great, just a short walk to the beach. We saw all kinds of critters including a sea turtle! We would stay again.
