Summary: We’ve stayed at Zermatt multiple times. The other units that we have stayed in have been wonderful. And the amenities and location are great. This particular unit is in rough shape. There’s dings and scratches on the walls. The lower cabinets in the kitchen have been removed and not replaced. The flooring is buckling. Theres only one cereal bowl in the cupboards. And there was no soap for the dishwasher. The toilet makes a hissing sound all night long. We turned it off so we could sleep. In the morning we contacted the manager and asked if they could fix it. He hit “like” on my message and then did nothing about the toilet. So, will I stay at Zermatt again? Yes. Will I ever stay in this particular unit? No.
