Summary: We had a group of 6 adults stay for a week at Trent’s home. His home was very beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Trent was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again the next time we are in Austin.

Summary: Everything was clean and well stocked with amenities. Only disappointment was that it advertised 6 total beds even though there were 5 total beds in reality. Host was communicative and helpful throughout. Overall, I would recommend this particular host and the house to anyone else.

Summary: Trent’s home is very welcoming and clean. We had 6 friends (1 couple) staying there for 3 nights. We where able to cook in the well furnished kitchen. The home is set up well with multiple common areas where everyone can hang out that are far enough from the bedrooms to not disturb anyone who may be sleeping. It’s close enough to. Austin to be able to head into town in the evenings. We will stay there again when we head back to Austin.

Summary: Fantastic place to stay for events at COTA. Or if you don’t want to deal with being in the city. Close enough for dinners but far enough away from the traffic. Will definitely stay again.

Summary: Trent was very professional yet down to earth. Four couples on a reunion trip of sorts were provided extremely comfortable lodging with no complaints. Will stay here again.
