Ready to get away? Come enjoy this pet friendly OCEANSIDE 5 bedroom, 2.5 bath single family home with private, fenced in yard for outdoor relaxing in the sun or in the evening by the fire table or in the salt water hot tub.
Park your car and walk or bike to everything Beach Haven has to offer - made while you watch morning donuts, Pearl Street Market, Buckalews, Woo-Hoo ice cream, liquor store, Murphy’s market, drug store, mini golf and MANY other restaurant options. Fantasy Island and Thundering Surf Water Park are a 12 minute walk or a few minutes away on a bike. You’re already Oceanside so the beach is there to be enjoyed - go find some sand dollars! 6 beach chairs, 6 beach badges, central A/C and of course an outside shower.
We are 9 houses from the beach - no major streets to cross and this is a skinny part of the island so we are close to the ocean but also a 5 minute walk to the bay for those sunsets (enjoy with your glass of wine!). The LEHYC neighborhood is quiet with less tourist traffic. We are just south of town so all of the traffic coming to Fantasy Island (amusement park) stops a few blocks north of us. That makes our neighborhood quieter and most of the homes are owner occupied so there is accountability and a great family feel. At the same time we are close enough to all the fun and food of Beach Haven! Check us out on the map at 223 Glendola Ave, Beach Haven!

Summary: We needed a house as my father had passed away unexpectedly.We also needed it to be pet friendly. Whitney is very accommodating and very responsive . The house is beautiful and is described to a "T"I would recommend her to anyone I know who is in need of a place to stay.....and also a vacation spot

Summary: Very nice house. Comfy furniture and adorable neighborhood. Great house for a quick weekend getaway with family. Lots of amenities and close enough to stuff to do in area. Provided a great list of places to eat and where to go and see things. Been coming to LBI for 30 ish years and learned new things!

Summary: My husband and I stayed at this property in November for his birthday weekend. The neighborhood was very peaceful during this time of year and the beaches were completely open to taking our doggies out for long walks, especially since we were only 2 blocks away from the water. The backyard was even larger than in the photos and the rooms were adorable - everything clean. Our host was very clear and descriptive with instructions and recommendations for fun activities and restaurants in town. We mostly played board games (available in the living room) and enjoyed the table outside with a glass of wine after going to local restaurants. The dogs loved being able to wander outside next to us. I can’t wait to go back in the summer with a larger group. I can’t thank the host enough for her flexibility and making things even more comfortable.
