Summary: The host was an amazing communicator and so easy to get ahold of and also very helpful with any questions we had. The home was spotless and the decor was beautiful. The location was great for us and Anna Maria island was a short drive away.

Summary: Our family of 8 adults and 4 kids had an awesome time and great 6 day stay. The house was very clean, tastfully remodeled and furnished, more than enough space for 12 guests with 2 separate areas to hang out - large living room and theatre room with smart TV, comfy beds and spacious kitchen. Kids loved the heated pool! The location is great, less than 10 minutes driving distance from gorgeous Holmes beach (beach has free parking, restrooms, restaurant bar, a gift shop and beach chairs/umbrellas for rent)Tommy Bahama brand new beach chairs and umbrella were provided so no need to spend money on rental beach equipment. We enjoyed many great restaurants that house welcome packet recommended. Our host was super easy to reach and checked on us frequently even though we did not have any issues. We definitely recommend this beautiful, freshly remodeled home!
