This Country Estate Offers A Myriad Of Custom Built Features! There is a glamorous 4 season room, an in-ground pool, outdoor volley ball court, full size outdoor basketball court, and a game room with pool, ping pong, air hockey, and Foosball. There is plenty of room for activities ranging from volleyball to campfires to touch football. You'll marvel at the grand entryway and the seemingly endless flow of this 6,000+ sq ft home. The main floor is open and made for entertaining.
A perfect location for your next family gathering, business trip, business meeting, reunions, church retreats or family reunion. Great location, just a few minutes from Saugatuck, Holland, and Zeeland.
We do not allow weddings, amplified music, large events, or excessive noise outside the house as a courtesy to our neighbors. This is not a place to "party," only families and well meaning groups are allowed.
The pool will be open by Memorial day weekend. The pool will be open until the last weekend in September. By October 1st the pool will be closed.

Summary: Chase was very communicative and helpful in the lead up to our stay and even while we occupied the property. This was perfect for a late fall family getaway since there were plenty of activities for the kids to do and good space for the adults to hang out as well. The many bedrooms and basement space were more than enough to comfortably accommodate our crew.

Summary: Celebrated my mother’s 70th birthday. Great rental property! Lots of activities available for adults and kids on site. Owner always responded to our questions in a timely manner and made the whole process easy. Highly recommend.

Summary: The house is wonderfully located for large groups. Very clean, a lot of space and privacy and wonderful amenities especially for those that like being active. Everything was well laid out and would definitely stay here again.

Summary: This house was beautiful and spacious. It was very clean with a lot of storage space. It had activities for all age levels, a swimming pool with a diving board, a basketball court, volleyball, and many other games. The kitchen was great with a double oven, microwave, and Keurig. There was a dining room table that seated 10, 4 bar stools, an the all season room had a table for 8. The owner was very receptive and all concerns were resolved. I would definitely recommend this property.

Summary: Thank you again for sharing your home with us! Amazing property with so much to do for everyone! We had all our kids and grands! Grands ranged in age from 2-19 and so much for to do for all ages! The pool was a hit as was the basketball court, volleyball, arcade games, ping pong, trampoline and bounce house. So much to do they never got bored! Toys for the little one and even floaters for the pool. You thought of everything! We will definitely stay again!! Gorgeous property and home!

Summary: Our extended family group had a good stay at this property. Chase was very responsive in answering all our queries! The property was clean, and the pool is great. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood with a lot of greenery around. The drive to Holland and Saugatuck was about 20-25 mins.

Summary: We loved the venue. Ran into two problems, the air conditioning system and the pool cleaner. I contacted Chase our contact for the property and within just a few hours both were fixed. Excellent service, professional, personal, "can do", clearly there to take care of the customer. I highly recommend the property and support team.
