Summary: I can honestly say our hosts Janine and Walter are the hosts with the most. From the minute we arrived they were uber helpful - picking us up from the station, orientating us to the mountain, organising ski hire and taking us to to the supermarket to get provisions for our family of 6! The house was perfect for our family stay, we had everything we could possibly need, and we would definitely recommend staying here. 10/10!

Summary: The property is very comfortable for a group of 7 people. Janine and Walter are wonderful hosts. They went out of their way to assist with all our needs, from booking an appointment with a doctor after my sister in law injured her knee to finding a place that would do covid testing on Jan 1st

Summary: Haus Theresia is a great house to stay with a large central room for breakfast and diner, and each bedroom having it's own bathroom. Kitchen is not big, but we were able to cook for 15 persons! Skibus stops in front of the house. Janine and Walther are perfect hosts. Friendly and caring with this remarkable mix of Austrian and New Zealands hospitality.

Summary: We had a wunderfull stay at Haus Theresia. Jeanine and Walther were more than friendly. The house has everything for a comfortable stay with 8-12 people. A big plus is all 4 bedrooms having their own bath room. Living room is spacious and we could eat with 13. Small disadvantages: bus not driving frequently and no sun during last week of the year. But all in all highly recommended!

Summary: That was our fourth time at Haus Theresia. A great place, worked very well for our group, coming from multiple places overseas. All amenities we needed, comfortable bedrooms, kitchen. For our company the most important parts of the house are the spacious dining/living room and the sauna. The owners are always most helpful. Use their advice for ski rental and transportation. Busing to Lech is easy and convenient. We will defnitely be back!

Summary: This was one of the most beautiful ski vacations we have recently had. Great location of guest house between the Zuers/Lech and St. Anton, very clean and comfortable rooms and over the top - hospitality of our hosts Janine and Walter. They greeted us with welcome drink and we spent nice evening together day before we left. Thank you again, Janine and Walter!

Summary: We spend a week at this house in January for a few years. It is a great facility! Very friendly host family, great set-up. We enjoyed separate bedrooms and nice large common kitchen and dining room. Very easy transportation to both Lech and St. Anton!

Summary: We have had a brilliant time here with our lovely hosts Janine & Walt who couldn't do enough to assist with questions. The chalet itself is very well positioned - a stones throw from the ski bus stop and also if you fly in to Zurich, the Arlberg Express stops here too. There is ample parking for 3/4 cars under cover which is great. Inside, the chalet is very comfortable with ample sized bedrooms all en-suite and a good sized living area with a Smart TV! The boot room is very warm and there is plenty space to hang damp ski wear if necessary. The kitchen is small but functional providing all of you don't go in there together (!)- this is clear on the info so no surprises. All in all a wonderful 2 weeks with family and friends celebrating a large birthday! Thanks Janine and Walt - by the way, the kids were quiet all the way to France eating sweets!

Summary: Haus Theresia has been our annual retreat for six consecutive years. Its four double bedrooms (each with private full baths) make it the ideal place for a group of friends who want to spend a week away while enjoying the beautiful Arlberg region and each other's company. In conjunction with its reasonable nightly rates, the spacious common area and suitably-kitted kitchen allow us the option of preparing our own meals, making our entire stay very affordable. Those driving can make use of covered parking for up to three cars, and those arriving by train will be impressed by its proximity to the Langen train station. Your hosts Janine and Walter have seen to every detail, with heated boot warming racks, areas to store and dry your equipment, and even a sauna if you need help warming up. Although not directly at the mountain resorts, the pension is situated on the local bus route, allowing you to be on with slopes within a matter of minutes. By far, the best feature of the house is the family who host your stay: having lived and worked in the region all their lives, they are experts on the area and local community and are happy to provide advice on how get the most out of your stay.

Summary: This is an excelllent chalet for famillies, we spent Christmas here with friends and the owners were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are all ensuite with comfortable beds, there is ample room to store skis and dry ski boots. It snowed quite often whilst we were there so it was good to have covered parking. The area is fanfasitc for skiing in the winter and beautiful for walking in the summmer. I would recogmend this property as a place to stay.
