The Space:
Located just 6 miles from downtown Dripping Springs and 17 miles from downtown Austin. Making this retreat home perfect for entertaining and relaxing with a large group of friends and family.
Heritage Retreat is perfect for large groups and offers an extremely open floor plan with modern farmhouse elements and designer curated furniture. This home features a beautiful backyard oasis with swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor Traeger Grill and TV, covered patio and various outdoor seating areas including an outdoor dining table.
This 1 acre retreat features sleeping for up to 20 people in 10 beds and 6 bedrooms. The first floor of this retreat offers a large dining area that seats 10. As you walk towards the back of this retreat you’ll encounter a gourmet kitchen with Fisher and Paykel 8 burner range and double oven, a stand alone coffee bar and a large island that can seat 4. Kitchen is equipped with all your essentials including plates, utensils, pots, pans, and more. Nestled in the back of the kitchen you will find a lounge / seating area that provides tranquility. You will find two bedrooms located on the first floor. On the second floor you will find an additional 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. As well as a large lounge room with a 70” TV and a built in wet bar, making it the perfect area to gather with your friends and family.

HOT TUB / POOL - Heating is currently unavailable
- No glass containers outside at all
- Hot tub can be heated for free
- Hot tub is heated remotely. Hot tub heating is on a set schedule. Please send message via Booking Platform or text to request alteration on heating schedule.
- Cost to heat the pool is $1000 for the first 3 nights, each additional night of heating will be $333. Will need at least 72 hr notice to fully heat the pool temperature by check in date. We do reserve the right to refuse this amenity
- Pool cannot be heated from December 1st through March 31st.
- Pool cannot be heated when outside temperatures are below 55 degrees.

Summary: Disappointed in the actual property vs what was advertised. Issues w the backyard and how unkept stuff was. Broken glass on patio and stains on carpet. I had to clean the outside mini fridge prior to using and everything had to be cleaned up and wiped off. The host had an excuse for everything. Initial issues w the hot tub. Someone did come out the next afternoon. Doorknobs loose, handle on freezer drawer was loose. My handy husband fixed all of them. The body wash dispensers only had enough for 2 days of showers. Outside cushions were a joke. Absolutely no support. Outdoor furniture worn and ratty looking. Batteries needed in thermostat. It took longer the necessary to get them, then decided why should we change them. They could have done it.Went to use the vacuum we found in the garage and it was disgusting! Used the smaller hand held one and it was really no better. Not impressed w the host. Everything I mentioned she had an excuse for. She said she gave me her cell number but still felt like we should not have had to contact her regarding numerous issues. If the house had been cleaned and things appropriately checked we would not have needed to communicate w her. We were on vacation and contacting her for everything that should have been taken care of was not on my agenda. I was on vacation! Lots of possibility w this property they just need someone to show some ownership and pride in the property. We have never had an experience like this. Think twice!!

Summary: The home is large and spacious with many rooms and bathrooms as listed. We had my wife and I with our three adult sons and my brother, his wife and daughter. We had plenty of room. The pool and hot tub are a bonus. Great location for our needs and easy trip to downtown Austin. Our event was my Mom's memorial/funeral near the home and the hostess was very accommodating to our needs and receptive to requests at the home. I would recommend the property and especially for families or large groups.

Summary: We spent Christmas on this property. The house is ideally located for daily excursions to downtown Austin and its surroundings and also for day trips to San Antonio. Our family had a great time sharing the open floor plan of the house and enjoying the different amenities.

Summary: This property has everything we needed as a group of friends getting away for the weekend. Inside of the house had more than enough bedrooms and places to sleep, very clean, and enough space to roam. Backyard was perfect with the combination of lounging outside with a tv in the shade, pool was perfect and refreshing and turf allowed us to walk around outside. Oh, and having the gas station/market 50 yards away was a nice bonus! Overall awesome stay!

Summary: Such an amazing and fun stay for our entire family! The pool was definitely the main reason we chose this property and it did NOT disappoint. At one point we had nine adults and four children in the pool and there was still room for more. We had s’mores pool side on the fire pit and grilled steaks on the pellet grill. The kitchen was well stocked to cook three meals a day with plenty of room for all to sit and enjoy them. The bedrooms were roomy and the beds were comfy! We had only one request for management and it was taken care of immediately. Would totally stay here again and would definitely recommend you and your family to stay here.
