Classic 6 bedroom 1890 house located steps from Silvershell Beach. Located in quaint Marion village with easy access to beaches, the harbor, Tabor Academy, and the General Store. The house offers comfortable living, classic fireplaces, and a large screened porch. Perfect summer get-away for families looking to be by the water.

On the second floor there are 5 bedrooms. A large master bedroom with private bath and Queen bed. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has twin bed with a twin trundle. Fourth bedroom has two twin beds. Fifth bedroom has twin bed with twin trundle. On the first floor the den can be converted into a 6th bedroom with a queen foldout couch. House can comfortably sleep 12.

Comfortable living room with ample seating, fireplace, smart TV, and access to a very large front porch with table and chairs. Dining room with access to back patio with fire pit and grill. Large kitchen/family room with open floor plan. Perfect for entertaining, reunions, weddings, and friends get-away. Silvershell Beach is just down Pie Alley from the house with a large open field and playground.

Summary: Great beach vacation house for family with grandchildren. Just 300 feet to a calm family, sandy ocean beach. Great for kids. Enough rooms, bathrooms and beds for 7 adults and 2 kids. Plenty of parking room for everyone. Walking distance to Marion Center, Beverly Yacht Club (oldest yacht club in the northeast). Beautiful scenery of Buzzards Bay. Great location for walking / biking / swimming. House equipped with kayaks, bicycles, puzzles, board games. Owners very responsive to our needs. The house itself is an ‘antique’ - built around 1790. It has a lot of personality - more than any other vacation house we stayed in. As in any old house, there is room for renovation / improvements- so check with owners for recent upgrades. Overall lovely place to stay. As we make future beach vacation plans - we will definitely check availability!

Summary: From the moment we walked in, we felt at home. As the listing notes, the house is older and quirky but undeniably charming, cozy, and family-friendly. Our stay was a magical pre-holiday family gathering and we so enjoyed the games, fireplace, and multiple spaces to visit with each other. A weekend of making memories. The location is spectacular, with the beach, playground, and lovely old homes nearby. I imagine a summer stay would be very special and is certainly in our future plans.

Summary: Family gathering from all parts of the country. The house was perfect for our needs. Wonderful high ceilings, fireplaces and space. We would recommend it to other large gatherings.

Summary: We rented the house to celebrate my mom's 70th birthday. It comfortably fit 7 adults, 3 kids, and 1 baby. The host was quick to respond to my questions and very helpful. The house was fully stocked with mostly anything we would need for the weekend. The kids especially loved the toys, puzzles, and board games. The location is awesome being able to walk to the beach and playground. We had so much fun on the big porch (games, drinks, music, and more) and playing yard games in the great big yard. We even enjoyed the fire pit one night (we brought our own wood). I did find it a bit misleading that the house is listed as 6 bedroom since the 6th bedroom would be the den converted to one. We were fine with just the 5 bedrooms upstairs though.

Summary: We had a larger group and even though the bedrooms were on the smaller side it was a great house for entertaining. Large area to sit and play games, very short walk to the beach, and a beautiful yard. Big plus was plenty of bathrooms and a large kitchen/dining area. And a large living room to hangout and relax in.

Summary: We stayed at Pie Alley for a family reunion in town and it was the perfect home for a big group. Plenty of beds, thoughtful amenities and plenty of games/puzzles/activities, and walking distance to a playground, beach and downtown. We could not have enjoyed our stay more and look forward to renting again in the future!
