Positive: Kitchen/diner was very modern and ideal for our group. Upstairs bathroom was beautifully done and having 3 toilets in the house was a bonus. Lounge was spacious with adequate seating and Sky television was another bonus. Private off-street parking for 2 cars, and easy access to Oban town centre.
Negative: There were a few minor maintenance issues e.g. light bulbs that needed replaced, a faulty grill, lack of spare crockery which meant we used the dishwasher more often. The lounge would benefit from cushions and pictures.

Positive: Ideal base for two couples visiting Oban. Communication was excellent. Comfortable and apart from a colander we had everything we required to cater in the property. Quiet area and easy walk into town.
Negative: Number of lightbulbs require replacement but apart from that it was all we required.

Positive: Lovely property. We brought two cars so it was great to have a drive. We stayed as a group of friends so the property was the perfect size and having 3 bathrooms and a dining area was great.
Negative: The fact the main bathroom had a bath and not a proper shower wasn’t ideal and the living room could do with some updating to bring it up to the standard of the rest of the house which was lovely.

Negative: Door to ensuite shower needs fixing and the house might benefit from some pictures to add some colour.

Positive: House was good sized, comfortable, lovely and clean. Fabulous kitchen with lots of storage, it made me think about changing mine. Really comfortable beds that suited everyone. Loved the toilet facilities with downstairs toilet so no need to go upstairs. Hadn't expected the en suite so was pleasantly surprised. Private parking was a bonus.
Negative: Lockbox was difficult to get into, I couldn't manage and husband broke his nail getting into it! Was disappointed there was no welcome pack as all other properties we've stayed in had these - glad we'd stopped off for basics. Found the empty picture hooks a bit off putting. The blind in the main bathroom didn't work, the shower door needs fixing and there was a blocked/?broken gutter above back door that gushed water due to the amount of rain we experienced. There was a ninja toilet seat in the main bathroom that you had to hold open whilst you did your business as it closed immediately. The above mentioned did not detract from our stay in any way and is perhaps being over critical so don't be put off staying here as we enjoyed being there.
