Le résinier is an independent gîte fitted out on the ground floor, with the owner's house on the site. The entrance to the land is through an electric gate with beep. The gîte is composed of a living room, serving as a living room-kitchen, lounge whose decoration refers to the profession of "resinier". The fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, 4-burner gas stove and gas oven with extractor, washing machine. The living room with a sofa bed, coffee table offers a wifi connection. The sleeping area offers 1 spacious bedroom with a 140 bed and 1 other bedroom divided into 2, whose partitions do not close all the way to the top but which ensure the privacy necessary for your stay with 1 140 bed and 1 90 bed. Shower room with 1 step down to access it, toilet. You will enjoy the terrace with garden furniture, plancha, deckchairs. Land approximately 60 m² including courtyard.
