The apartment is located just minutes from the Airport, the French Border and midway between the two capitals -Marigot & Philipsburg. It is situated in a vibrant community called Cupecoy, close to renowned beaches, entertainment, restaurants, supermarkets & the medical school. Great views from the rooftop terrace & a well maintained swimming pool on the property.
The space
A modern, safe, spacious 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo which can sleep 4 comfortably.
Location: Walking distance to the Mullet Bay Beach, Restaurants, Bars, Bakery and Supermarkets, the American University School of Medicine and Caribbean International Academy
Perfect for a relaxing getaway, family vacation or working from home. It has all the amenities that you need for a 3 day stay or a 1 year stay. Everything is beautiful and clean, you just need to bring your suitcase.
The apartment is inside a gated community with 24 hour video surveillance. There is a pool, gym and parking for the community - free.
It is WIFI ready (on availability of the provider) and Netflix enabled. It comes with bed linens, towels for use at beach/pool and inside the apartment, kitchen utensils, cutlery, dishes, iron and Ironing board.
We will have access to a well maintained swimming pool, gym and on site coin laundry facilities on each floor.
The apartment is located on the 6th floor and must climb on flight of stairs - the elevator goes to the 5th floor.
There is a balcony on the front and rear of the apartment with great views from the rooftop terrace.
