Summary: We loved this place! It has a real spanish feel to it. We had two connecting rooms on the third floor and really appreciated that the common area was right outside our rooms. The rooms were extremely clean, and the hotel staff was incredibly helpful. when our flight was canceled, they allowed us to extend our stay while we found another flight. The location was also great. Highly recommend!

Summary: The “Family Penthouse” is NOT a penthouse. You are renting 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The living room, dining room, kitchen and back patio are open and available to ALL other tenants in the building. Anyone can walk through those areas at anytime of the day or night. Thank goodness the ONE hot tub was not working so it limited the traffic through the “shared” space. I would NOT recommend renting this space at all. We had issues with the hot water for the shower. It’s heated by a very small “on demand water heater under the sink” and we went 3 days without it working. Then it worked okay for two days, out for another day and finally worked the last day. The host is very responsive and worked with us. Staff was friendly and polite. The area is quieter than staying near nightclubs but the overall facility is in poor condition and needs some work. Clean sheets, comfy beds and lots of towels. We would not stay here again and would have canceled after the first night but reservation was a no refund rental when reservation was made. That should’ve been a clue for us. Bottom line is this facility is struggling but trying to stay in business.

Summary: Kitchen and area inaide was ok. There was no information on the common areas. There was also no breakfast which was in the pictures of the rental. Parking is horrible.
