The Bed & Breakfast S. Elia in Caltanissetta, a city in the heart of Sicily, is located a few steps from the historic center, in Contrada Babbaurra. It rises under Mount Babbaurra between Caltanissetta and San Cataldo, just 2 km from the S. Elia hospital and Cefpas, which houses both the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery and the Professional Training Center (about 300 meters after the pizzeria La Baita on the left side).

The B&B S. Elia is a rustic villa surrounded by greenery, completely renovated in July 2020; immersed in a countryside full of orange trees, lemon trees and other plants that give off the typical scents of Sicily; the area was the summer residence of the Testasecca Counts. The area is served by two urban lines, n.1 and n.4, which connect it, at very short intervals, with the historic center of Caltanissetta, with the train station and with the bus station. The B&B has a large parking lot, a barbecue corner and a lovely playground for children.
Inside it has common areas for socializing, available to guests, a TV room (with Netflix service) and corners dedicated to reading.
The rooms, very bright, are all panoramic and have a breathtaking view of San Cataldo. They are completely furnished with sober and elegant elements: each has its own bathroom, air conditioning, heating, television, mini-bar, free 24-hour internet access via wireless, wardrobe, desk, chairs and all comforts. The rooms are double, triple, quadruple, and double for single use; there is also the possibility of adding a cot for children.
Both the equipped dining room and the outdoor space are available to guests. We particularly recommend having breakfast under the gazebo furnished with tables and chairs, to better enjoy the beauty of the landscape and the mild climate.

Information and advice:
Caltanissetta is one of the cities of the Sicilian hinterland that dominates the Salso valley and extends to the top of Monte San Giuliano. Located just outside the historic center, but only 4 km from it, the B&B S. Elia enjoys a magnificent view of the surrounding countryside and allows you to reach the numerous nature reserves and ancient castles. Furthermore, from Caltanissetta it is possible to reach Agrigento and visit the Valley of the Temples: one of the most beautiful and renowned historical sites in Italy; but, even without moving too much, this city offers many places rich in history, art and nature all to be discovered.

The B&B S. Elia is located under Mount Babbaurra between Caltanissetta and San Cataldo, just 2 km from the S. Elia hospital and Cefpas, (about 300 meters after the La Baita pizzeria on the left side). The villa was finished renovating in July 2020.
Equipped with a large parking lot and large green spaces available to guests. There is also a very nice green space with gazebos, tables and chairs where guests can enjoy a cocktail or a cool drink in total relaxation.
A barbecue corner and a very nice children's playground are also available to guests.
On the ground floor there is the reception with a very spacious lounge equipped with a 50-inch maxi-screen TV with Netflix service included. Furnished in country style, a fireplace and a beautiful stone wall will welcome you.
On the ground floor and on the first floor there are the bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, the bedrooms are all new and finished renovating in July 2020.
