Positive: The location was just perfect. It was so nice to be away from crowds and in a nice family neighborhood. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms was perfect for the six of us girls. The kitchen is nicely done with granite countertop and glass tile backsplash. It was very clean.
Negative: The washing machine in the master bedroom was annoying, For me it needs a room built around it to cut down on the sound and the heat it produced . I will bring my own baking sheets and pans the next time I go somewhere, I cooked in the least scratched pan I could find, which meant cooking one thing and then the next, and then the next. We know too much now about leaching chemicals from non-stick cookware.
Summary: I would stay here again, definitely.

Negative: Only issue we had was the the house cleaner had not been to the property’s when we arrived at 4 the house had not been cleaned from the previous tenant.

Positive: The location was convenient to all area beaches and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating through chat. The property was spacious and the shower head in the master bath was relaxing. Washer and dryer in the master bedroom were a nice bonus. We also liked that parking was off-street, very convenient.
Negative: The place was not clean (sand/dirt on the floors, streaked mirrors, trash left in garbage) so the hosts had to reach out to the cleaning company to come again. The bed in the master bedroom was squeaky, so every time we switched sides we heard it. The people below us (on our last night) were loud enough that we could hear their conversations. And another thing on our final night was a bunch of ants swarmed the kitchen sink even though we had no food left out. The property is nicely done and convenient, but there were too many things that took away from our relaxation.
Summary: I really did want to like the property, but there were too many issues.

Positive: Overall, the facility was lovely, the price was great, and the location was ideal for this trip. The games and toys were perfect for our family.
Negative: Booking.com advertised this facility is having one queen and one twin in each room, which was not the case. The beds were comfortable, but it would’ve been nice to have additional blankets and pillows since my kiddos were cold. Large trash bags were not available for main trash, hand towels or rags to clean anything were not available. We needed up purchasing several items to accommodate our stay after arrival.
Summary: Very nice place at the right price, but could use a few more items to accommodate every day needs.
