Positive: Louisa was amazing and very helpful and accommodating. She was happy to chat, had excellent English, and opened her cafe early the morning we left. So friendly and lovely kids and husband also.
Negative: Nothing

Positive: We had a great stay here. It is a nice flat with large rooms and underfloor heating in the bathroom. The bath was a nice bonus. The use of the washing machine and tumble dryer was charged at €1.50 per wash or dry. It was nice having the use of the garden, which had a small climbing frame. The television was also good. A high chair and cot were provided. The hosts were friendly. The location is quiet with a great view of the monastery. There is a little shop next door (closed on Wednesdays) and a bakery a short walk away. We used the car for shops and restaurants. It was easy to park nearby. The monastery clock chimes quite frequently but this did not bother us.
Negative: It was very cold on the first night but we managed to sort out the heating for the other nights. The kettle lid was broken. The bin waste system is a bit involved. But these were only small niggles as we had a lovely stay. Note that the flat is up a flight of stairs with no lift.
