Summary: The house was simply beautiful and fun to stay at. The grandkids loved the backyard to run and play, while the adults enjoyed the beautiful patio/deck. Plenty of sleeping space and large, wide-open kitchen. I would definitely stay there again.

Summary: We stayed here for a girls weekend and we were all so happy with the house! As busy mom's it was nice for all of us to get away and rest. We were all able to have our own rooms; it was a quiet and peaceful neighborhood (great for walks or runs). We didn't cook but the kitchen was fully equipped. The porch was great for sitting out on and we were all surprised by the working fireplace (gas, so we just had to flip the switch). The house was immaculately clean. I am mold, dust, and fragrance sensitive and had 0 issues here. The hosts were so great to work with and made sure everything was okay after we checked in. The only thing is there were a lot of breakables- so if you went with kids you would have to put those items away.

Summary: Visiting our son who is at the University of Richmond for Easter, we were looking for a house to accommodate our large family. This house was perfect for us. Plenty of space both inside and out. Location was perfect. Plenty of activities for our family..including a good pickleball tournament. Very pleased with everything. Looking forward to rebooking for next year!!!
