Summary: We stayed for the PGA Championship weekend. House was beautiful (and in a very nice neighborhood), stocked with everything you could hope for (including some party drinks), and had pluses like a pool, basketball hoop, ping pong table, and several TVs that made it a real treat for our group. Great communication from host and quite accommodating on a couple of our requests. Highly recommend

Summary: Brian was an awesome host and gave great tips for derby weekend. Even stocked the bar with our favorite beverages. It was truly a bucket list trip and our crew of 5 couples had an epic time. Highly recommend.

Summary: We had a group of 8 that stayed at this beautiful home. My husband and I were celebrating our 30 yr wedding anniversary at the Derby with 6 close friends. We really appreciate Brian and Jamie opening up their home to us. They provided extra touches and amenities that we have never gotten at another rental. They made us feel at home. Everything was ready, clean and perfect for our arrival. Brian was very easy to work with and he always responded to our questions. Stores are close and Uber is great! The next time we need a home for the Derby, theirs will be our first choice! Thank you Brian and Jamie for everything!

Summary: 12 of us traveled from Iowa for the derby and our hosts helped make it a wonderful trip! They were responsive and provided so many extras that I’ve never experienced with a rental. They even found transportation for us to and from Churchill Downs. Everything was outstanding!!

Summary: This house was a perfect, quiet getaway for a summer family reunion for seven families traveling from Iowa, Ohio, Tennessee and South Carolina. Plenty of space, a perfect-sized pool for cooling off, a play set and trampoline for the kids, and a fun wet bar in the basement for late-night shenanigans. Also, they had tons of games we could use! The owner was extremely accommodating prior to and during our stay. He answered all of our questions ahead of time and even answered questions during our stay while he was on his vacation with his family. I would recommend this property for larger groups that simply want to hang out and enjoy each other's company like we did.

Summary: This was the perfect house for our mini family reunion. There was plenty of room and the accommodations were great. Brian made sure we had his contact info and checked in to make sure we all arrived. My cousin left his laptop and he called to offer overnight delivery or was willing to meet to return it. This was the best setting with a large outdoor deck and plenty of seating with a pool! I couldn't recommend this house enough and was close to downtown Louisville.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. We came to Louisville for my family Bridal shower/Bachelorette party. There were 11 women and the home was perfect for us. With 4 bathrooms and two large kitchens we had plenty of room to spread out. We loved hanging out on the deck, patio tables, and in ground pool. We also loved the open floor plan so we were all able to enjoy each other's company without feeling crowded. Brian the owner was very responsive and was available to answer any questions we had. He also contacted us the week of our trip to ask if he could pick anything up at the store for us to make our stay more enjoyable. The only thing that we were kind of disappointed in was the bed situation, however it was clearly and accurately listed on the website. The bunk beds and smaller children beds made it more difficult with a larger group of women, however a couple of us didn't mind sleeping on the extra large and very comfortable couches. It is about a 25 minute drive to Churchill Downs which we thought wasn't too bad at all and a $30 Uber ride for 5 of us to 4th Street Live. We cannot say enough positive things about the owner. We accidentally left some jewelry behind and he contacted us and asked where he could send it to. We will definitely recommend this beautiful home to anyone considering a trip to Louisville.
