Summary: The property was gorgeous and in an amazing location. Easy drive to everything we needed and even a nice area to walk in. Plenty of parking and the house was loaded with everything you needed for a great family stay. The back stairs were a little slippery and didn’t have railing half way down so just be carful with those. Other then that it was a 10 out of 10

Summary: This rental was cozy, charming and spacious for our family party of 13. Nico, the owner, was quick to respond to our questions. He was very accommodating to all of our family needs. House has been updated and had all the amenities we were in need of. If you are in need of a house to rent, this house was huge inside and we highly recommend this rental. Checkout was a breeze!

Summary: We had a very nice stay in Nico's old family home. The house is very big and comfortable. Quiet as well. It's well appointed and the used of garage was welcomed for charging an EVehicle. The location is very convenient walk to Midtown for coffee and/or dinner. Thanks for everything, Nico
