Positive: We were very happy with our stay here. The previous reviews give an accurate appraisal of the house. It is spacious, easily accommodating the 6 of us. There is a small twin bedroom on the ground floor (it is small but fine for our 2 teen kids) with an adjacent bathroom/ shower- a further bedroom and bathroom on the second floor ( same level as the excellent kitchen and spacious living room) and a bedroom and bathroom on the 3rd floor. Bathrooms clean and good water pressure on all levels. The views are beautiful and the patio is spacious and quiet. We drove, so parking was essential. There is very little parking at the height of holiday season in the town. Fans and air-conditioning worked well and beds/ pillows v comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
Negative: 1) Sheets/ towels not included in price and need to be ordered separately. Remember to bring beach towels- we didn’t and had to buy them- not sure if they can be rented also 2) The rental agency provides separate little bags with individual cleaning products which is unnecessary and a waste. It would be environmentally better and more efficient to leave bulk cleaning products for general use and replace as necessary. 3) As per previous reviews- this property is only suitable for people without any mobility issues. There are stairs from the front door up to the main floor ( 3 storey house) a 15 min uphill walk from town and 2 good flights of steps from the road up to the house. We loved it as very scenic but definitely a challenge for young kids or those with any mobility issues.

Positive: I have only positive impressions of staying in this accommodation: - the villa has been newly renovated and everything inside is super clean and tidy - the kitchen is huge and comfortable, with a wide variety of dishes and glasses - here is a convenient balcony with a sea view and a terrace for BBQ also with a sea view - communication with the rental agency was pleasant in booking stage, during check-in and check-out
Negative: As for minor drawbacks, I would note that it seems the BBQ area is not fully equipped, as we could not figure out how to use it.

Positive: Lots of space- indoors and outside. Well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable- all seating areas and beds. Good view of Collioure.
Negative: Couldn’t park car in the garage due to large kerb that would have damaged the car. Airconditioning would have been preferable in one room. Freezer in the garage- down a flight of stairs and outside. No mention in details of 60+ stairs to get to the property. Only one set of keys for 6 people.
Summary: Comfortable and enjoyable stay in a spacious property 15 minutes (uphill) away from the beautiful beach.
