THE UNIT
An open kitchen, dining, and large living space greet you as you enter the Southern Comfort condo. Home chefs will enjoy the gourmet kitchen equipped with modern appliances. Gather for a group meal at the family-sized dining table or grab a quick bite at the breakfast bar. Brew a cup of your favorite coffee or tea with the Keurig to enjoy on the patio overlooking East 6th Street.
You can also curl up to relax in the living room on the large, plush couch and enjoy your favorite film on the 65" flat-screen 4K TV. A comfortable, Queen-sized Sofa bed provides sleeping space for two guests. A full bathroom just off of the main entrance houses a walk-in shower as well as laundry units for guests to use.
Slide open the barn door to reveal the guest bedroom. Equipped with a Queen size bed, Twin size bunk beds, and a 50" flat-screen TV, this room is great for both groups of friends and family! The master bedroom, found at the far end of the living space, is fitted with a Queen size bed and a horizontal Twin bunk above. This bedroom also features a 50" flat-screen TV and en-suite bathroom with a shower + tub combo.

Summary: Great spot for a weekend getaway. Could be within walking distance to the bars, but it was too hot to walk. Groceries and food nearby. Neighborhood didn’t seem the safest at night. But overall great property and recommend for a group getaway.

Summary: Stayed here with a group of 7 for a bachelorette party. The apartment was the perfect size and really clean. It was also really conveniently located to downtown, a target/Whole Foods and all of our planned activities, although the surrounding area is not very nice. The only bummer was the wifi didn’t work the whole time we were in the apartment so we weren’t able to use the TVs. I reached out to the property owner and they said to try restarting the modem but that didn’t work. Other than that it was perfect for our trip!

Summary: Great location right on 6th street, super clean and comfortable apartment. Loved the shared living area with tv and nice couch. We had a great time! We had a hard time with the code to get in, but were able to call someone to help. Pull out sofa is not comfortable but I think that’s just to be expected with most of those. Would stay again
