We want to welcome you to our Beautiful House in Manchester Center, VT. This property is located in a secluded area providing plenty of privacy, but at the same time it is a couple of minutes away to Manchester golf course and a country club, Bullhead Pond, which is great for fishing, less than 10 minutes to Emerald Lake State Park and Manchester shopping outlets. It is a short distance to Bromley (7 miles), Stratton (19 miles), Magic Mountain (17 miles), Okemo (30 miles).
The house has spacious 7-bedrooms, comfortably sleeping 18 people, 4 of which have their own full bathrooms (bedroom layout at the end).
A little bit about the property and the house. The house has plenty of space with all bedrooms fully stocked with fresh linens and towels. Bathrooms stocked with soap, toilet paper, and hair dryers. The main level has an open space layout. One side has a living room with huge windows and a gorgeous view of the mountains, a sitting area with cable tv, and a beautiful two-sided Fireplace (firewood provided). On the other side of the fireplace, we have a kitchen area with a kitchen island with four stools and a large dining table seating twelve. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances, pantry items, utensils, paper towels, and so on. There are two more tables in the screened deck outside the kitchen area with beautiful views of the mountains for outside dining. The lower level has a second sitting area with large TV and a foosball table.
Outside on the lower level, we have a porch where you can enjoy the mountains' view or cocktails with your friends in the large Hot Tub. During the summer you can enjoy a private 27-foot, round saltwater pool.
Strong Wifi is throughout the house. The property has plenty of space for any outside activities. You can play ball, barbeque, dine, or lunch outside under the gazebo or cook marshmallows in the firepit.
It is a perfect house for a family reunion, corporate retreat, or just a group of friends. Whether you are skiing, snowmobiling, mountain biking, hiking, or just simply enjoying the foliage - you will love your stay.

Summary: The location was great and the house was big enough for our family however The grill was so filthy it wasn’t usable, the toaster did not work, there were screens in about 1/2 the windows, the outdoor furniture had to be cleaned to use, the house was unbearably hot with the exception of the lower level which was 10-15 degrees cooler than the other two floors, the furniture tables & chairs on the screen porches were old and in pooor condition In general this was a worn out house that is well located but definitely not up to standards that justify the pricing.

Summary: Our ski weekend was great. Most did not ski but did go cross country skiing and shopping. The house was good for our group of 11. We spent good times around the fireplace. Which is cool but we had issues with smoke. Wood was large and covered in ice so wood had trouble catching producing a lot of smoke. Things to know. There is no half bath on main floor you have to go upstairs or to basement or ask if you can go into someone’s room to use the bathroom. That was different. Hot tub was great hot and clean! House was clean beds were made. Another review said to bring an extra towel for hot tub. We did and that was a great help. The only issue we had was that 2 windows in the house would not fully close. One in the cal king. And one in main floor Queen. Thanks for letting us use your home.

Summary: This house was perfect for the 6 of us, on a girls’ weekend from Albany. We truly felt comfortable. We enjoyed the open floorplan, the ample seating, and the fireplace. The views are beautiful and we truly felt “away.” And what a short drive to the outlets and Northshire Book Store!

Summary: My extended family (9 adults and 5 children) stayed at the house for three nights for a ski weekend at nearby Bromley Mountain. The location was great. It was very convenient to the mountain and near us Manchester Center. Vlad was very organized and check-in was easy and everything was set up for our stay - Wi-Fi, tv, hot tub, heat, etc. That being said for the amount of money we were paying I wouldn’t give the property 5 stars for the following reasons. 1. The kitchen was very disorganized. The manager needs to go through and put things back in their proper places. It made it hard to use. 2. There should have been more towels. Everyone was given one towel, but there weren’t any towels to use for the hot tub. 3. The place is very run down feeling. Everything needs a refresh. Even the towels need to be replaced. 3. There was no soap in the shower, no shampoo or anything. We wish we had known this. 4. There was no composting or recycling (that we saw). 5. One of the shower handles fell off while my daughter was showering. It was clearly missing a screw. I see this was mentioned in a review back in June and never fixed. So overall, the house has a lot of potential as a great place for big groups. We loved all the space and how there are bathrooms in almost every bedroom. But we’ll look elsewhere next time just because this place felt too run down for our tastes.

Summary: It was perfect for our family- each family had their own floor. It was very, very cold so skiing was not an option and the house had the perfect amount of space for the kids to run around and play instead. Hot tub was great too! Vlad was very responsive to our minor issues. We will definitely rent this house again!

Summary: This place worked perfectly for our group. Not too fancy which was great since we had 7 kids with 6 of them under 10 yrs. Had a few issues but Vlad was very responsive. Great basement place for kids and great room worked for adults and extended group for dinners. Would rent again.
