Location, location! Amazing ski in/out unit located at the top of the Southwind Chair Lift! The back deck leads right to the slopes. Newly updated unit!
Sleeps up to 10 people when utilizing the 1st Floor Flex Room.
Living area includes an open floor plan and boasts a beautiful stone gas fireplace, new flooring, granite kitchen with huge pantry and island, and dining area. Relax with power recline sofas and dining space for up to 10 at the main table.
The first level has a one car garage, main entry and bonus room with full bathroom, which could also be used as a bedroom. The second level features laundry, a queen bedroom and full bathroom. 3rd floor has a spacious master bedroom with gas fireplace, balcony overlooking the slopes and spa like bathroom features soaking tub, stand up shower, and double vanity. Also, large 3rd bedroom with private bathroom including double vanities.
2nd Floor patio accesses directly to the Southwind life and offers ski/board storage.

Summary: We have now stayed here two years in a row and the property has not disappointed! Very clean and well organized home. Easy check in and communication with owner. He even texted on day of check in to make sure everything was okay! We love the ski in ski out aspect of the condo. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The lodge is full of activities and restaurants, which we always take advantage of. Perfect for a family with younger kids! We will definitely be back!

Summary: Everything was exactly as described. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably. Kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to cook and save a little on eating out. It was so nice to have soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. provided! We would definitely book here again.

Summary: Perfect house for all ages! On this trip it was just my immediate family, spouse and 4 adult children. But we often vacation with my parents and this house could easily accommodate multi-generational families… grandparents as well as fun bunk beds for younger kids. Kitchen/ dining/ family room area is warm and comfortable, perfect for spending time with family and friends. Host was very helpful, making sure we had all the information we needed to start our vacation from the moment we arrived.

Summary: Great property, perfect for group with kids. Even with the lift/slope being closed directly behind the house it was still ski in/out as there’s another slope and lift right behind that. It’s about a 10 minute drive to the main lodge, check in area. Greg was great, easy to get ahold of. We’d definitely stay here again.
