Summary: 3 generations celebrating 11th annual family vacay. This property has so much to offer. The house has plenty of room for all to spread out and all the grands to play. Outside pool and screened in porch were so fabulous!! We hung outside so much. Kids loved the pool and all the room to run. Adults love the TVs for college football, the ability to grill and sit around the fire. Perfect area for family pics!! In addition to the house just being fabulous and having plenty of room for all 17 Of us. The host does an amazing job at providing all the small essentials so many others just don’t. We have stayed at so many other properties over the years. This house had ample toilet paper, paper towels, salt, pepper and just small things like that. The house was fully stocked to accommodate a large family as well - plenty of plates, silverware and large skillets and pans. They even provided ample firewood for the fire pit. The house and property are well kept. There is construction going on nearby - however we never heard or was inconvenienced by it. We didn’t have to contact the host but since she met us at the property upon our arrival to show us around and answer questions, I felt confident had we needed to she would have been responsive. This property was perfect for our family. We would stay here again!!

Summary: Beautiful big house with plenty of space for a group of 20. Very clean, fantastic A/C, huge kitchen, lots of common space, etc. An issue occurred during our stay was immediately addressed with the property manager and a resolution reached. Highly recommended. recommended

Summary: Our family had the best time here! Loved the house and property - both are beautiful! Our group had 24 people aged 2 - 88, and we had plenty of space. We especially enjoyed swimming in the pool, cooking in the big kitchens, and gathering in the game rooms. The home is very well equipped and very comfortable. Great location close to restaurants and lots of activities, but honestly, didn’t need to go anywhere else to have a great time. We would definitely book again!

Summary: This was the best!! We had 21 ppl from 3 to 70 and everywhere in between. Came from NC, MS, TX, CO and CA The house/pool/ land was awesome….. it was the best stocked VRBO I’ve ever stayed in…… clean…… management was top notch…… ranch hand was so nice….. we only get together every other year so hopefully we can come back Thanks again to Stephanne for such a wonderful place!!
