Positive: The location is great… less busy. Watched sunrise over the ocean every day from back deck. Very clean and comfortable. Bike path at the end of driveway was nice to ride into town. We could see dolphins swimming close to shore every day 😀
Negative: The instructions for trash removal were very confusing. On trash bin it says do not wheel trash bin to curb but check out instructions said to wheel trash to curb the night before leaving. Also we left on Saturday and instructions said trash pick up was Tuesday and Friday. Didnt know it was a two family but it worked out ok. Would have chosen 3rd floor if I had a choice, better view!

Positive: Excellent location, the upstairs balcony had an excellent view, close to everything.
Negative: We could hear some movement noise from upstairs, the cleaners came upstairs at 630am and woke us up an hour early. We didn't like the 5pm check in and the 9am check out.
