Less than a mile from Bethany Beach, the Villas is really a hidden gem you will love for its spaciousness and natural setting. The 3 season screened porch looks on to pine trees and a beautiful duck pond. Yours to enjoy whatever the weather. There is plenty of seating on the porch for dining or just relaxing. There is also an outdoor shower. The Master bedroom has a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom. There are two beds in the second bedroom and two twins in the 3rd bedroom. The second two bedrooms share a second full bath.There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a half bath on the first floor. Enjoy the free WiFi and a Smart Flat Screen TV in the living room. There is also a flat screen TV in the Master Bedroom. The home is located within walking distance of a number of nearby restaurants including Grotto's Pizza, DiFebo's Restaurant and Market and Bethany Diner, as well as a WAWA convenience store. For more restaurants and shops you can also walk, drive, or take the trolley into town. The Bethany Beach trolley passes right by the front door and stops at the end of the street. No smoking. No fireplace use.
