Villa Tre Querce - Stylish Villa is a refined newly built house, furnished with style and meticulousness, designed by the well-known designer Ilaria Miani. Immersed in nine hectares of sumptuous gardens, it is located on the southern coast of Tuscany, close to long sandy beaches and the picturesque village of Capalbio.
With its two master suites and four double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, it can accommodate up to 12 people. It has two complete kitchens and an equipped laundry room, while two maids take care of the exterior and interior of the property.
The bedrooms are arranged on three levels to ensure the privacy of the guests. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor. These two bedrooms are divided by a cozy living room with TV that opens onto the terrace. Upstairs are two bedrooms with wide sea views and direct access to a private terrace. Two more bedrooms are located on the lower ground floor. Both with French windows that open onto a private terrace that leads to the garden. These bedrooms also share a living room with TV and refrigerator. The sleeping quarters are generous, with large dressing rooms and sophisticated en-suite bathrooms.
The house is surrounded by covered terraces, furnished with style, with comfortable sofas perfect for cocktails at sunset. A large round table offers space for al fresco dining with seating for 16. The salt water infinity pool measures 20 x 4.5 meters and is equipped with a swimming jet system and is located on a lower terrace overlooking the sea. The pool can be heated at an additional cost. A fresh water shower is located by the pool. There is covered parking for four cars and parking for a further ten cars.
