Negative: Check in starting from 16:00 PM is very bad, especially when you arrive early in the morning. Check out is at 11:00 AM which is fine.

Positive: The flat is big enough to accommodate 4. 2 bedroom with 2 double beds and a single bed

Negative: To begin with, the host didn't send the check-in instructions until just two hours before arrival, which was quite frustrating—especially since it's not always possible to access the internet when traveling. The flat is located on the first floor, but it’s about 28 steps up with no lift, so be prepared for a bit of a workout if you have heavy luggage. The WiFi password was overly long and complicated, making it difficult to enter correctly. A more user-friendly password would be appreciated. When we arrived, the dishwasher was full of used plates and cups, which I had to unload myself—not the most welcoming experience. Additionally, some of the bedding, including a pillow and quilt cover, appeared stained and didn’t look freshly changed. The towels also had a damp smell. In the kitchen cupboards, we found opened packages of pasta, spices, and other items, which didn’t give the best impression of cleanliness.

Positive: Usually, I’m not writing reviews but maybe this will be useful for somebody. The apartment is enough large. Two bedrooms with bed’s width about 160 … 180 cm and one living room. It is 2nd floor and there is no elevator (maybe this is important for somebody). Everything is new and clean. In the living room a big dinner table is suitable for eating or playing games. Lage sofa comfortable for sitting. Smart TV for your pleasure. You can log in your account and fill yourself like at home. The kitchen is not big but there everything you need exists (dishes, gas stove, oven, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, microwave). It’s amazing. Everything is new and function good. Oh! Dishwasher! Special thanks to the owners for ground natural coffee. Bathroom not a big one but !!... there is a washing machine with drying function. Very useful. About position in the town. I think 5…10 min on tram to Warsaw central railway station. Usually, we walk about 20 min. This is the center of the city, so, everywhere is beautiful. If you prefer cooking yourself there are many small food shops “Zabka” with good prices and good food. If you prefer street food, there are a lot of small caffe with east or west food (I count about 10 near the apartment). So, as to me, good place to live several days in Warsaw for 4…5 persons.

Positive: The location was very good , near tram station and bus. There are a lot of free parking space , free during weekend and with charge from Monday - Friday. The apartment is quiet , check-in is very easy and the host allowed us an early check-in (self check-in). We were a group of seven people, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Negative: Wanted to note that there is only one toilet and one separate shower in the apartment. Although the photos may give the impression of a separate toilet and another toilet with a shower inside, this is not the case. If you are traveling with a group of friends, keep this in mind. Additionally, one of the single beds in the bedroom is not very comfortable, and all the pillows should be replaced as they are too small. Overall, the apartment is worth the money you pay and I will recommend it.

Positive: Amazing apartment with two bedrooms, and living room with sofa. It was a big advantage that crib, bathtub and chair for child were provided. Very attentive and friendly host. Good location, a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. There is also a park for walking close to apartment. Kitchen and bathroom are well equipped with all necessary facilities.
