Summary: Overall, hotel is quite dated, the bathrooms were refurbished and actually really nice! Unfortunately our room was filled with Asian bugs (ladybugs) which wasn’t nice! Unfortunately they charge you for everything, including coffee downstairs, they charge you to reserve a spot to use facilities and also charge for water as well! For the price we paid during December it was quite expensive

Summary: Nice, cheap hotel. Staff was helpful and polite. Breakfast was quite tasty. Cleanliness off the hotel was alright. There are 2 pools in the hotel. One pool is free, but only fo adults, 2nd one is in the spa so you have to pay for it. Lot's of parking space, there is also trams not far from the hotel that will get you to the city centre. Overall not bad stay.

Summary: convenient to where I was working. Food was great. check in was easy and information provided was thorough. check out was ok, although the staff member started talking to another staff member without finishing the conversation with me.
