Positive: A 30m2 apartment, it's relatively big space. Also, next to it is very cozy and cheap restaurant where you can have fine meal.

Negative: The biggest complaint goes to "bathroom". It's so small that Greek studios bathrooms are spas comparing to it. No shower cabin so if you take a shower no more entering.
