This ground-level beauty’s giant deck is directly on the Four O’Clock ski run. Located at the 800 block of Four O'Clock Road, Breckenridge, CO, it offers Fantastic ski-in/out access. Surround yourself in a lovely old-growth forest with massive trees while relaxing on the deck to enjoy watching the skiiers/boarders fly by!
Roll out of bed and into your hiking shoes. This true ski-in/ski-out is perfect! Located on the 4 O'Clock Run (green), walk down the steps off the deck onto the slope and walk to the free town shuttle. The shuttle is also so close if you want to check out Main Street aprés hiking, mountain biking, or relaxing.
This is a generous, 1124 square foot 2-bedroom condo in one of the most desired buildings in Breck - Tyra A. The rarest amenities (elevator, true ski-in-out, in-unit laundry) make this unit an especially great choice for parties with young kiddos, elderly folks, or those who appreciate convenience when traveling!
