This 60+ feet lakefront home is beautifully appointed w/ breathtaking lake views from most rooms. Spectacular work of art through a visually appealing blend of Mediterranean, Tudor & Craftsman styles, circular staircases, custom iron rails work, elegant mill work, concrete counters, warm decors, intricate tile & stone work, & gorgeous light fixtures. Master suite w/ own set of W/D & minibar. Indoor swim pool & many other multi-function rooms, perfect for entertaining, ongoing enjoyment & more.
You will have the entire house to yourself, except for the garage and a guest room above the garage that we locked up during your stay. The house has three levels. All bedrooms are on the upper level and ground level. Living room, dining room, office, family room are all on the main level. The house comes with 2 driveways for ample parking spaces, include 3 more in front of the house. Kayaks, and all the sport gears are available to use except for the pontoon boat. Media room and heated indoor pool are all included in the rate. No extra charges.
Special note: The entire estate of 8,300 sqt can be used as two separate living units that comes with its own private driveway, kitchen, living room, washer/dryer. One on the ground level and another one includes the two top levels.
******Published rate is for 10 guests. For additional guest(s) beyond 10th guest, there is an additional charge of $50/person/night. We would prefer to host a small group rather than a big group due to limited parking space
and beds (7 total beds: 3 king beds, 2 queen beds, 1 full bed, and 1 twin bed). You can easily park up to 7 cars (4 in the main driveway, 3 in the front of the house (and potentially you can park one to two cars in the side driveway but it's a little slope so not all guests can park there). We can only provide air mattress for additional guests if needed, with bed sheets/blankets/towels and of course full access to all amenities, if that works out for you. Kindly note ONLY registered and paid guests can stay at the premises. Host reserves the right to terminate the booking immediately shall this house rules is not respected and followed, without refund for the remaining stay.

Summary: House was great for a family reunion. We had 16 people including 3 children. Plenty of bedrooms for everyone. House is so spacious, clean and great for everyone. Kitchen was well stocked though we couldn’t find the dishcloths until the last day. Pool was fantastic and the outside area had something for everyone. Sitting around the fire in the evening was delightful. Perfect! We had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Summary: This expansive property was the perfect house for our family reunion! Our group consisted of 2 grandparents, 5 adult children/spouses and 4 kids. Each “sub-family” was able to have their own 1-2 rooms and bathroom. The house had everything we needed from kitchen items, to bath and beach towels, multiple laundry areas, large dining table, multiple large living areas, sports equipment, baby items (2 pack-n-plays and 2 high chairs) and more! Neighborhood felt safe. Costco and Walmart are nearby. We absolutely loved kayaking around the lake and the nice deck, lake views, the sport court, and playground. The kids loved the heated indoor pool and theater. We had a few small issues (which I think is to be expected with such a large property) but the host was responsive. We definitely recommend this property! It took our reunion to the next level!

Summary: What a beautiful home this was! There was so much space and amenities and activities all around for everyone in any age group to enjoy. The younger kids absolutely loved the indoor pool and media/theatre while the older kids and adults enjoyed kayaking/fishing/Bball court. The owner was easily reachable, accommodating, and responded really quickly to text messages. The house had full kitchen amenities that you can use to cook meals for big family. Overall great place to stay and would totally do it again.

Summary: We are a group of 11 that have booked houses for many years and this was our worst stay. The house was not clean. There were things dismantled all over the house, many missing light bulbs, we found clothes and things from past guests, the house was dirty, some of the faucets were dripping, the pool area smell of chlorine was overpowering and we had to air out the room for a day before we could use it. The kayaks were all broken, there was only one very small life jacket covered in goose poop, and the yard was overgrown - we had to do some yard work before we could even use the firepit. The rooms had door locks and we got locked out of the master suite when the provided code wouldn't work and had to call the owner The surround sound in the theater room didn't work and there were cables hanging from the walls. To top it off, my brother left several portable hard drives with movies on them in the theater room. The owner said she found them and would ship them...and then ghosted me and tried to wipe our conversation history from Vrbo. I have repeatedly followed up both via Vrbo, email and phone calls and texts, offered to pay shipping, offered to have my cousin who lives in the area come and pick them up and....nothing. If the individual would ruin their reputation over a handful of hard drives, imagine how much they care about making your stay enjoyable.

Summary: Extended family was able to stay together at this spacious home and enjoy surrounding area. The property is convenient to interstate and located in quiet neighborhood. It is a beautiful home and well stocked with essentials. We even used the pool and the grill and the theater room. Everything works great. The host was extremely responsive to messages and very helpful.

Summary: We had a great time at the house tons of activities to enjoy from kayak, indoor pool, home theater, fire pit to playground. The kids and adults enjoyed every moment of it. The owner was quick to respond and follow up with us on any issues. It was in a peaceful, safe neighborhood with many markets and restaurant nearby. I highly recommend this rental for any gathering.
