Modern holiday home with plenty of space. Great views and short distance to fishing and swimming opportunities. Possible to rent a boat nearby. Great holiday home located on a sunny plot with a view of the fjord, which can be enjoyed from the lounge/kitchen through large windows or from the spacious terrace. All rooms on one level: 4 bedrooms, each with a double bed, bathroom, TV lounge and a large living room/open kitchen. Wood stove for cozy evenings or winter days, firewood is included in the price. Board games for the whole family. Start the day with honey and eggs from the neighborhood or visit the pottery workshop on the opposite side of the road. Relax in a hammock between two trees or in a sunbed on the terrace. Take a swim from the nearby swimming area. In the evening, you can enjoy the barbecue or the catch of the day out on the open terrace. Risør offers cozy streets, restaurants, and niche shops. many different events throughout the year, like the Chamber Music Festival, Wild Wine Market, or the Tree Boat Festival. The saltwater aquarium at the Dampskipbrygga can also be recommended. From Risør, you can take a boat to Stangholmen with a lighthouse, two restaurants, and concerts throughout the summer.
