Positive: Great value, wonderful location and very clean
Negative: Only one pillow per guest, we ended up using rolled up towels to support our necks. The key to the main gate needs recutting, it doesn't open the lock without some effort. These are minor quibbles.

Positive: The location was exceptional.
Negative: The place was advertised with 2 beds. There were two of us - just friends so we wanted to sleep in separate beds. The host told us we had to tell her before to make up the sofa bed and could not provide sheets. That should have been provided already. Also too many stairs without elevator if you have a lot of luggage. And the neighbor came out and told us to be quiet and said our footsteps were too loud so we had to tip toe around our whole stay.
Summary: Great location but very minimum amenities and lots of stairs.

Negative: Paving the roadway made for a frustrating entrance. Also we never got the entry code to work. Home could use more comfortable outdoor seating as well as seating on upper deck.

Positive: We made our own breakfast every day. The location was near other family members and near some places we like to visit.
Negative: The key pad was not functioning and it took a long time to reach someone to resolve how to enter the condo. We probably were outside the unit for nearly 45 minutes before we could enter. We were told someone would come repair the keypad the next day, no one ever came. The master bed cause back pain so I ended up choosing a different bed.
Summary: We spent many summer vacations at Sunriver in the 70's and 80's so was nice to be back there.
