Our apartment is located on the southern outskirts of Kiel in the district Kroog. A bus stop with direct connection to the city center (journey time just under 25 minutes) is only about 250 meters away. Many shops, bakeries and pharmacies, as well as a weekly market (Tuesdays and Saturdays) are in the immediate vicinity in about 5 minutes away by car. The industrial park "Ostseepark Schwentinental" with numerous shops especially for clothing, technology and living is also within a good 5 minutes drive. The nearest beach is around 15 minutes away by car, while the beautiful beaches of Laboe, Heidkate or California are around 30-35 minutes' drive away. The nearby Rönner woodland invites to relaxed walks in the forest.
The good 80 m² Non smoking apartment is located on the ground floor of a detached family house and is largely barrier-free. The landlords live in the same house. The combined living and dining room with spacious kitchen with bar and additional dining area is flooded with light. A separate bedroom with access to the spacious shower room with floor-level shower is also accessible from the large hallway as the separate guest toilet. All rooms are designed with tiles or laminate, only in the bedroom carpet is laid.
