Positive: Pool, hot tub, living space. Locality to our needs. Very nice facility in general.
Negative: Security was not nice or helpful at entrance. There were a lot of things we had to buy to cook, clean, and use the bathrooms. There were not enough towels for the bathrooms or toiletries. It was dusty, one room upstairs in the 1 bed non attached bathroom it had trash shoved under the bed. Difficult to get a hold of property when we had questions and concerns.
Summary: We enjoyed ourselves during our dance competition. It was a lot of room. We just had to buy a lot of basic needs to wash

Positive: Check in attendant was pleasant. Beds and couches are uncomfortable. Busy street behind house (pictures do not show this). Community pool is not the pool as pictured. Untimely responses from management company by email. Bath tubs slippery for children. When asked for the pool to be heated, 97° was not an appropriate temperature in 90 degree temps. Came in to find one toilet had urine all over it, blood drops on floor and mirror. Laundry room smells of rotten eggs. Wifi name and password wasnt what was sent by email, and internet was spotty. Beautiful house and plenty of room. Not toddler friendly. 14 - 18 miles to Magic Kingdom, Hollywood and Epcot. Expect 45 minutes to get there.
