Summary: This historic apartment was clean and cozy. Lots of natural light, comfy beds, and a sweet soaking tub in the master bedroom. Kitchen had everything we needed for making delicious meals. If my daughter ends up attending UVM, I’ll have to put Jon on speed dial!

Summary: Great location if you don't want to be in Burlington proper (only a few miles away but not walking distance.) Walking to Winooski is a breeze - just down the street 1 block. Apartment is very clean; well maintained (loved the antique secretary); water pressure was low and hot water took forever to reach the shower but no real issues. Would have liked to have had bath soap provided. Had to use some hand pump soap to shower with. Pillows were a bit "lumpy" for my taste, but I didn't loose sleep over it! Might want to consider adding a list of suggested places to eat, drink, shop to those of us from out of town and don't know the area. You might be able to find some stores/restaurants willing to give your guests a small discount just to get a mention in your in-house directory. (advertising for them; bonus for your guests.). And list YOUR favorites - that is important to out of towners. Overall, a great stay and I would readily suggest this property to anyone! Great job Jon!

Summary: Fantastic experience. It was clean and beautiful centrally located in downtown Winooski. It was so easy to walk around town! The host has extra towels, blankets, pillows, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, etc… the rooms were very large and although it is on the main road it was very quiet! I would definitely rent again!

Summary: We had a very nice stay In Winooski close to our son. The location was perfect and easy to find. The place was comfortable and the kitchen was great for preparing a meal. Only drawback: It was warm during our stay so a fan or two would have been nice to circulate air. The main road is noisy at night so opening the windows was not optimal while sleeping especially in this unit which faced the the main road.

Summary: We were in the area visiting family and this worked very well for us. We were mainly there just for sleeping but did enjoy the nice choice of restaurants and bars so close. We would stay here again.
