Summary: The property was spacious for a family of three and had all of the amenities we needed. The location was walkable to restaurants, stores, a brewery, and a park that details the history of the hydroelectric dam and what happens when fish swim up the river to spawn. We were able to go to all points north and south very easily. I highly recommend.

Summary: Wonderful stay in a perfect centrally located spot between Essex and Burlington. So much to see and do in this region of Vermont! We loved the apartment - it was clean and clutter-free yet had all the essentials provided for us! We weren't required to clean at the end of our stay (but of course we did strip the beds, start the load of towels and tidy up anyways, because that's what good renters do!). One thing that we laughed about from the description of the property is that Ethan Allen stayed in the home. This couldn't be true as we did some research and the home was built in the 1800s (yes, historical for sure!) but Ethan Allen lived and died in the 1700s. We enjoyed our visit to the Ethan Allen homestead and museum - highly recommend!

Summary: This apartment is very spacious and clean! There are lots of windows for light! The location was great, walking to many great restaurants! Burlington Church street marketplace is a very easy drive! The host communicated very well and we were even able to check in a bit early! Our House Bistro and Sneakers Bistro right in town were awesome!

Summary: We have stayed in this fabulous apartment at least 3 times when we visit our daughter at UVM. It’s a great location, immaculate, comfy and just perfect for our needs. The owner is always accommodating and helpful. Will stay here again when we need a place in the area!!!

Summary: Stayed here for solar eclipse. Great location to downtown Winooski — very easy walk to coffee, restaurants and brewery. River walk also very close. The apartment was very clean and directions were clear, ample basic supplies and off street parking. Would absolutely recommend!

Summary: We are a retired couple and adult son who came to Burlington to celebrate St Patrick’s Day weekend with extended family. It was easy to get to the other three family groups and to Church Street from Winooski. Access was easy. The unit was large, well appointed and airy. Jon called to be sure our arrival had gone well.
