Summary: Clean and relatively large room while also being extremely affordable. Do note this is a motel with housekeeping rather than a hotel. Do call the number listed as there are a lot of similar establishments in the Sky Tower as it is a converted office building, the owner will give you directions. The location is not so good, being in a rather "dead" area in town but amenities are nearby - a small row of eateries behind the hotel and a bank and ATM. There is a 7-Eleven on the 12th storey should you need any last minute supplies. LAMP disco which is apparently one of the hottest nightlife spots is just across the street.

Summary: It's a nice accommodation! You will have to call the person in charge upon arrival to get the keys. The manager is very polite and nice!
