Positive: The view from the room and the house was spectacular. We went for new years and saw the fireworks across La Spezia from our room. The neighbourhood is very quiet and the host was very welcoming. She gave us all the information related to good restaurants and places to see, where to park the car in city, which trains to take for Cinque Terre etc. The overall experience was amazing.
Summary: Amazing location with a spectacular view of La Spezia.

Negative: A car is a must. It’s a bit hard to enter and park, but not a big deal.
Summary: A great place to stay if you want to visit Cinque Terre.

Positive: Because of state strike we had late check in (very nice explained self check in). We asked for earlier check out and some earlier breakfast in case of earlier flight. So kind people. They even packed some additional food for us (nd make sandwiches). Thank you. Absolutely recommended

Positive: Wonderful staff, incredible view from the upper terrace room.
Negative: It’s a bit far from anywhere (on top of a hill overlooking all of La Spezia) so make sure you have a car. There’s plenty of free parking on the street. Unfortunately our rental car broke down the day before we arrived so we had no car and had to take taxis to get down and up. But this was our issue not the hotel. So they were 100% wonderful. Great for couples looking for a romantic destination.

Positive: View from the accomodation is very nice! Modern, new furniture, everything very clean. Great breakfast and very nice staff!
Negative: Parking is either on the main road or there are few spaces next to the appartment but quite expensive.

Negative: Breakfast was not great at all. Croissant were fresh maybe 2 or 3 days before I ate it. Poor choice... not even 2 croissants on the table... Battled all night with a mosquito... he won !
