Nestled in the foothills of the Catskill Mountains and a stones throw from the Pocono Mountains, sitting on 7 acres. Welcome to Eagle Manor, 4050 Sq. Ft with 9 bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, and a PRIVATE INDOOR HEATED SALTWATER POOL, OPEN YEAR ROUND!
Saltwater Swimming pool is professionally cleaned/serviced weekly!

Main level floor has 1 bedroom (King bed) with a private half bath, large living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, and a game room with ping pong table and arcade games. Head to the pool room with the heated pool overlooking your own private 7 acres. Step outside to the bluestone patio for outdoor dining space, a propane BBQ grill, and our cozy firepit to enjoy the outdoors!
Be sure to bring your hiking gear, which can be done on the property or at many nearby trails in the Catskill Mountains.
The 2nd floor has 5 bedrooms (King bed in each) and a full bathroom. The 3rd floor has 3 bedrooms ( 1 with a king bed and 2 with 2 Queen beds in each) and a full bathroom. There are a total of 7 King beds and 4 Queen beds.
It's a tranquil atmosphere for the ultimate relaxing experience.
•Linens, bath towels, starter paper products, and soap are provided. Please bring extra towels and all your toiletries.

Summary: It was amazing. the house is more than equipped for bigger families/ groups. There were 19 of us, 11 were kids. Plenty of stuff to do, rooms were spacious and comfortable. Pool was AMAZING and cannot say enough about the HOST. He answered every questions and was so accommodating. We will definitely be back!!

Summary: This house was perfect for our family getaway. There are 13 of us. Finding a house that offers not only enough bedrooms but also a large enough table for our family meals is always challenging. This house fit the bill. The pool was an awesome plus for a winter getaway. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed.EEveryone

Summary: Our family had a great time and the VRBO owner was very responsive to our needs while we were there. He corrected things that were not right but we all felt the house was a little rustic and probably needed a little more time before guests started to stay. The rooms were big and we had plenty of room to spread out, the pool and games were fantastic, and the big family room and fireplace were so nice for our group. The owner even had a Christmas tree up which was so nice. There was an issue with the heat while we were there which the owner did address as soon as he could. There are only three places to shower so with a very big group it could get difficult. The rooms had portable heaters/ac units so the temperature in the rooms was nice, but there were no dressers or places to put clothes. The beds were all very comfortable. Our family also had trouble getting everything into one fridge for the five days we were there. The house is great with a lot of great perks - it just needs a few things and I do think the owner will make the corrections - he was very responsive and I would not hesitate to rent from him again.
