Three inviting outdoor areas are at your disposal: The cosy inner courtyard with beautiful mountain views is furnished with a dining table and sun loungers and invites you to relax outdoors. From the covered entrance balcony, you can enjoy an impressive panorama of the surrounding mountains. In addition, the balcony to the front of the house offers a relaxing place to read and unwind with limited lake and mountain views.
The house is located in a typical Italian residential area opposite a small piazza with parking spaces.

A small, covered balcony with table and chairs invites you to enjoy the fresh air. The bright, open entrance area leads into the living and kitchen area, which is spacious and modern in design.
The flat is divided into two areas: The bedrooms are on the lake side, while the living and kitchen area is on the mountain side. To the left of the entrance is the bright living area with a comfortable sofa and TV. To the right is the modern kitchen with a fully equipped kitchenette and an inviting dining table.
From the hallway you can reach the furnished balcony facing the lake. To the right of the hallway is the master bedroom with double bed and lake view as well as a guest bathroom with washbasin, WC and washing machine. To the left is a twin bedroom and a bathroom with washbasin, shower, WC and bidet.
